Well known northern artist passed away at his home in Hawk Junction, Ontario on Tuesday March 19, 2013 in his 77th year.  Loving and beloved husband of Marion for 41 years.  Loving son of the late Edna and George Paterson.  Dear brother of Mort Paterson (Liesbeth), Lorna Fordy and Edwin Paterson.  Bob will be lovingly remembered by his nieces and nephews.  Affectionately remembered too by his many friends, students and by all whose lives he touched.  

A Celebration of Bob's Life will be held at a later date in Hawk Junction.  

Memorial donations made to the Bob Paterson Memorial Arts Bursary Fund would be appreciated and may be made at the Northern Credit Union, P.O. Box 1669, Wawa, ON   P0S 1K0.

We are so sorry to hear that Bob has left us. He was a magnificent artist. He will be remembered with great fondness. Such a lovely kind man. He will remain in our hearts forever. Marion, sorry for your loss.

It is with a heavy heart reading of Bobs passing, he truly was an inspiration to eveyone he met, he was loved, respected, admired and honored. Our sincere condolences to you Marion.
